LOW CARB LIFE RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE 300GM
INGREDIENTS: white chocolate buttons (22%) (maltitol, cocoa butter, milk solids soy protein isolate, soy lecithin, natural flavour), soluble corn fibre, erythritol lupin flour, almond meal, tapioca starch, coconut flour, psyllium, freeze dried raspberries (2%), baking powder. monk fruit extract.

You will need:
1 packet Raspberry White Chocolate Slice Miy 150g butter 3 eggs
Method:
1)Preheat oven to 160°C and line a 20 x 20cm tray with baking paper. Tip the contents of the packet into a mixing bowl.
2)Place butter in small bowl and microwave until just melted (liquid but not too hot).
3)Add the butter and eggs to the mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
4)Pour into lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until just cooked.
5)Allow to cool before slicing into 16 squares.
6)Store slice in an airtight container Best consumed or frozen within 3 days of preparation
7)Bring back to room temp before serving for best texture
