Pacific Harvest Premium Agar Powder 50g
Popular Agar Powder is odourless and flavourless so can be used in a wide variety of recipes without impacting the flavour. Agar is most commonly used as a vegan alternative to gelatine, but it’s an extremely versatile ingredient in the kitchen, particularly for those following plant based, raw food or egg free diets.
Ingredients: Agar dried sea vegetable (Gracilaria verrucosa) extract 100%.
Country of origin: Grown in India. Packed in New Zealand.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Seaweeds are hygroscopic (which means they absorb moisture from the atmosphere around them) so please seal securely once opened.
