The Pure Oil can be used in several ways depending on your needs at the time.

1. Dot the face with moisturiser and also dot key areas on face with oil, then massage in gently with upward circular motions.

2. Apply at night time after cleansing and leave to soak in overnight.

3. Ideal for any dry areas of skin that need hydrating, great for feet too.

4. Ideal for neck and lower neck line, which helps reduce wrinkles and lines. Especially good during the summer and to help repair sunburnt skin.

5. To enhance the lustre of your hair use a small amount on your fingers to massage through your hair. Leave on for as long as possible before washing off with your favourite shampoo.

6. For problem skin such as eczema and psoriasis, massage with oil daily.
